Information we collect
When you fill out our contact or quote forms, we only collect the information needed to process your request: name, company name, email address, phone number and details describing your premises (type, square footage, desired cleaning frequency).
How we use your information
Your information is used exclusively to respond to your request, prepare a quote, follow up on our services and issue invoices. We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Hosting and service providers
Our forms are processed by technology providers acting as service agents (website hosting, email delivery, request management). Our operational data is hosted in Canada. Each provider only has access to the information required for its function.
Retention
Information related to an inquiry that does not lead to a contract is kept for a maximum of 24 months. Information related to a contract or invoice is kept for the periods required by applicable tax laws.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your personal information, its correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent, by writing to services@interieurnet.ca. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
